“BUYERS BEWARE!!! Josh Boggs with eXposed Homes Group is very untruthful, we were initially happy with our home, and then found that both Josh Boggs and his referred and recommened Inspector LIED and did NOT check or veirfy the new plumbing and electrical (Huge and Costly items) when buying a home. Josh tried to tell us this was a big buying point for the high cost of the home and when we asked Josh to submit a lower offer he convinced us that that this was a big selling point with new plumbing and electrical and the sellers couldnt go down. A red flag should have been the selling agent also worked at Keller Williams. Josh is a big talker and constantly cross talked during the inspection of the home. We are now stuck with a home that is not worth even close to what we paid, and shocker NO new plumbing and NO new electrical. We entrusted Josh Boggs to do the job he was hired and paid a very nice commission to do, but he was negligent in his duty as agent. I reached out to Josh and his entire team to ask him to provide documents for what he was supposed to verify before our purchase as our entrusted agent, regarding the new plumbing and electrical, we received run around texts and emails for months and to date have never heard back. I met with other agents showed them our inspection and emails from Josh they all said that our Agent failed us and he just wanted to make a sale, he definetly took advantage and was slacking, at doing what any good agent should do. eXposing the truth about Josh Boggs, truly disappointed!”
